MMCX connectors.

Also written micro MCX, MMCX snap connector, earphone coax connector.

What is an MMCX connector?

An MMCX connector is the micro version of MCX, smaller again and able to rotate under load, which is why it appears on wireless modules, antenna pigtails inside laptops and routers, and on detachable earphone cables. It snaps on and off without a tool. It is ordered by gender and by the thin cable it terminates, RG-174 and finer, and it is the smallest coax interface the catalogue carries.

Defined by The IEC 61169 series, which specifies RF coaxial connectors interface by interface, published by IEC.
