What cable connects a servo drive to its motor?

A servo motor needs two cables from its drive: a power cable carrying the motor phases, shielded and often armoured, and a feedback cable carrying the encoder signals, finely shielded. Both are made to the motor's own connector code, an M23 at the motor end on most, and both must be flex rated where the motor rides a moving axis. They are bought as assemblies.
