Cable glands.

Also written gland plate, IP rated gland, cable entry gland.

What is a cable gland?

A cable gland is the threaded fitting that clamps a cable where it passes through an enclosure wall, sealing the hole against dust and water and holding the cable so a pull outside never reaches the terminals inside. It is chosen by the cable's outside diameter and by the ingress rating the enclosure has to keep. A gland plate carries a row of them in a rack.

Defined by IEC 62444, which specifies cable glands for electrical installations, published by IEC.
